There are more, for sure, but this is a good representation. Of course, I don’t have any photos of Revolutionary War and War of 1812 veterans!

Yes, indeed. And then there are the earlier services that produced no photos. I should put together a complete list someday, including dates of service. (Yeah, I need more to do!)

Glad you found it worthy of mention. Military life can be a challenge, even if it doesn’t include wartime duty.

Very nice group of relatives including hubby with his fresh face in the natty uniform. I like the touch of the red poppies at the beginning as well.

There will be next year to add that missed person. You are welcome – I enjoy seeing your vintage pictures (except hubby, I won’t use “vintage” for his picture and he looked very boyish).
