Relative

A Poem

By Eilene Lyon

If relativity is true,

Why can’t I find you?

It should be a simple matter

of bending the space/time continuum.

Then we could be in the

Same place at the same time.

But would it be your time — or mine?

  1. Hhmm. I think I’d prefer to go into the other person’s time. What could be more interesting than time travel? I mean, if they are that awesome soulmate, I suppose it doesn’t matter where you are but why not add a little icing onto the cake?
